Google has finally announced Android 4.3 at an event in San Francisco. As reported you can expect the OTA updates to first arrive for Nexus devices like Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10.   This latest Jellybean has a host of new features and user interface improvements.
